Project Mindful Muscles
Project MINDFUL MUSCLES uses a positive approach to tackle the factors that can lead people to use image-and-performance enhancement drugs (IPEDs) in sport and exercise, such as body image concerns, physical appearance and performance worries and anxiety.
Mindful Muscles aims to empower athletes and exercisers to adopt a positive mindset towards their bodies by learning how to effectively use:

EMPOWER PRACTITIONERS
Mindful Muscles also aims to empower practitioners in the area of anti-doping and health education, counselling, and mental health support for substance use to incorporate MASC resources in their daily practice.
Mindful Muscles is led by Professor Lambros Lazuras at Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and is financially supported by the Erasmus+ Programme 2020-22 of the European Union.
